Meet The Quay Players.
Mark has been in the Finance and Automotive industry for 24 years and has extensive experience operating his own dealerships for 10 years before co-founding Quay lending with his friend and Business partner Scott Perry. Mark takes a very hand on approach in the day to day operations of the business and very much enjoys assisting his clients with the lending requirements.
Mark follows a simply rule in his business “treat every client as you would want to be treated”. Outside of work, mark enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 daughters and having the occasional game of golf.
With 20 years of experience in the industry, Scott held a Senior National Management role with a large national organisation prior to co-founding Quay lending with Mark Rice. Scott has a very friendly down to earth nature and goes out of his way to help his clients and is also very hands with all aspects of the business. Outside of work,
Scott is a busy Husband and dad of 4, he coaches his local football team of which Quay Lending are proud sponsors, he also likes to hit the golf course when he gets the time.
Dean brings a wealth of knowledge and a practical, client-focused approach to Quay Lending. With years of experience in finance and lending, he is dedicated to helping clients secure the right solutions to achieve their goals—whether it’s for personal, business, or investment purposes.
Known for his clear communication and genuine care, Dean takes the time to understand every client’s unique circumstances and works tirelessly to deliver tailored outcomes. His strong relationships with lenders and deep understanding of lending policies allow him to navigate complex scenarios and provide straightforward advice.
At Quay Lending, Dean is passionate about building long-term relationships and ensuring every client feels supported throughout the entire lending journey.
Karla is an affiliate with Quay lending and is a locally-based finance brokerage operating out of the Illawarra region in New South Wales, Australia.
